€0.00CL001 is a ‘clear disk’ tag, a special disc-shaped RFID tag consisting of a laminate or PVC layer enclosed between two transparent PET sheets. The CL001 hard tag is a semi-finished product that provides basic protection against mechanical damage. With its small size, minimal weight — it has a diameter of 20 mm, a thickness of 0.5 mm and weighs just 0.16 grams — and special design, it is ideal for embedding in a wide range of non-metal surfaces, and can be applied quickly and easily using the convenient adhesive film. Transparent and available in LF and HF, it can be customised with a logo using offset and silkscreen printing, while serial numbering can be applied using inkjet technology.

CL002 clear disk

Semi-finished, CL002 offers basic protection against mechanical damage. Large and thin — with a diameter of 144.7 mm, 1-mm thickness and weighing 4.6 grams — its special design fits in with a wide range of non-metal surfaces, with easy application by means of the special adhesive film. Transparent, it is available in LF and HF, and can be customised with a logo using offset and silkscreen printing, while numbering is applied using inkjet technology.

Hard tag HT072
€0.00HT072 is an RFID hard tag made of PEEK, a thermoplastic material with reduced wear sensitivity, as well as with high impact and high temperature resistance. Rectangular in shape, it measures 41 x 29 x 9 mm, weighs 15 grams and can be screwed through four holes with a diameter of 2.3 mm on metal surfaces.
Its physical characteristics allow it to support very high standards, reaching peak temperatures at:- 300°C for 100 hours;
- 280°C for 1000 hours;
- 260°C for 2000 hours;
In addition, HT072 is available in black, with UHF frequency - both European and US - and UCODE 8 chip. Therefore, due to these technical specifications, this RFID hard tag achieves large reading ranges: up to 6 metres with a fixed reader and up to 3.5 metres with a handheld device.
Both the printing and numbering of HT072 are done using laser technology. -
HT007 hard tags
€0.00HT007 is an RFID hard tag made of ABS, a thermoplastic material that has a high resistance to chemicals, moisture and very high temperatures. It also possesses good mechanical properties, which ensure excellent dimensional stability and high resistance to breakage and deformation. With its IP69 rating, HT007 is resistant to water and dust. The 3 mm hole is used for application on non-metal surfaces using screws or an adhesive backing. Round in shape, it has a 30-mm diameter and can be customised using silkscreen printing and pad printing, while serial numbering can be applied using laser technology. It is available in black in LF with the EM4200 chip and in HF with the ICODE SLIX2 chip.

HT071 Hard tag

HT082 hard tags
€0.00HT082 is an RFID hard tag made of TPU, thermoplastic polyurethane, a non-toxic polymer featuring elasticity, flexibility, oil and abrasion resistance, as well as being water and gas proof.
With its distinctive funnel shape, HT082 is a tag for animals, thus for non-metal surfaces, comprising a ‘male’ part — 100 mm x 75 mm x 13 mm — and a ‘female’ part — ø 29 mm x 23 mm. These two components are attached to the ears of cattle on breeding farms by means of an interlocking device. In addition, the HT082 weighs 16 grams and covers large reading distances: up to 6 metres when read from a fixed device, and up to 3 metres when using a handheld reader. Available in UHF — both European and US frequencies — with the UCODE 8 chip, it comes in yellow, orange and blue. Finally, numbering can be applied using laser or inkjet technology. -
HT084 hard tags
€0.00HT084 is a ‘Seal tag’ — as it is typically used — made of nylon 66 (PA66), a plastic material resistant to impacts, wear and weather.
With its excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility and compactness, it is therefore ideal where durable, secure and fast application of cable tie tags are required for non-metal surfaces.
It measures 348 mm x 28 mm x 4 mm, weighs 6 grams and is available in three frequencies: LF, HF, UHF. Black or green, it can be customised with a logo using silkscreen printing, while numbering is applied using laser technology.
