HP097 hard tags

HT004 hard tags
€0.00HT004 is an RFID bin tag made of PA6 (nylon), a plastic material resistant to tensile stress and compression, wear, and weather. The resin coating is made of PUR or polyurethane, which features good resistance to water, salt and moisture.
Round in shape, the bin tag is designed for application on waste-collection bins. Its standard size — 30.5 mm in diameter — makes it easy to install and integrate into plastic containers. The special screw structure prevents tampering and theft. HT004 can be customised with embossing and is available in LF — with SIC279 and EM4200 chips — in black and red, and in UHF, both European and US, with the HIGGS 3 chip, in black. -
HT006 hard tags

Rectangular in shape, this tag is specially designed for outdoor industrial asset management. It can be used on metal and non-metal surfaces. It measures 85 mm x 20 mm x 11 mm, and can be applied using rivets, screws or adhesive. Available in UHF, both European and US, it is manufactured with the HIGGS 9 chip. It has a large reading distance which, with the European frequency and on metal surfaces, can reach up to 6 metres. On non-metals it reaches up to 6.5 metres. When the tag with US frequency is applied to metals, it can be read up to a distance of 12 m, while on non-metals the reading distance can reach up to 7 m. HT032 hard tags
€0.00HT032 is a ‘mould tag’, a special RFID tag that is embedded into the product via injection moulding during production. It is made of FPC (flexible printed circuit), a printed circuit consisting of a polyamide or polyester film which is extremely light, thin and flexible. Yellow in colour and rectangular in shape, it measures 70 mm x 11 mm x 0.6 mm. Weighing just 0.2 grams, it is designed to be embedded in non-metal objects. HT032 is resistant to very high temperatures. The HIGGS 3 chip operates in UHF (European and US frequencies) and can be read at a distance of up to 9 metres.

HT058 hard tags

It retains good dimensional stability at high temperatures and is resistant to tensile stress and breakage, UV aging, ozone and weather. Rectangular in shape, it measures 83 mm x 26 mm x 2.6 mm and weighs 5 grams. With its flexibility, HT058 perfectly adapts to irregular and curved surfaces, and can be attached to metal and non-metal objects using the holes provided and a Panduit cable tie. HT063 hard tags

Robust, round in shape, it is 34 mm in diameter and 6 mm thick, with a 5-mm central hole, and weighing 7 grams. Designed to operate in harsh conditions and at very high temperatures — a maximum of +200°C for half an hour — this tag is optimised for metal surfaces, but can also be affixed on non-metal surfaces using an adhesive backing or screws.

With its distinctive funnel shape, HT082 is a tag for animals, thus for non-metal surfaces, comprising a ‘male’ part — 100 mm x 75 mm x 13 mm — and a ‘female’ part — ø 29 mm x 23 mm. These two components are attached to the ears of cattle on breeding farms by means of an interlocking device. LT009 RFID label

The LT012 was created for industrial laundries and has specific features that make it ideal for all typical operations in this sector.
Its life cycle lasts up to 200 washes, during which it withstands a temperature of 90°C for fifteen minutes. Then, when subjected to drying it tolerates up to 160°C for half an hour and ironing is applicable up to 200°C for 10 seconds. Finally, it withstands up to 185°C for half an hour inside the finishing tunnel and withstands industrial stretching up to 60 Bar, i.e. 600 N/cm2.
The LT012 is available in the catalogue with the UHF chips: MONZA 4QT, UCODE 7, UCODE 8 and UCODE 9.
Furthermore, it can be read by a fixed RFID reader up to 5 metres, and by a handheld RFID reader up to a distance of two and a half metres.
